Here is what I put in mine: 1 stalk of Kale, a handful of spinach, a small
lemon, a small lime, 1/3 of a cucumber, one apple, a tablespoon of ground
flaxseed, and a cup of water. I replaced dinner with this green smoothie
and eat a sensible/healthy breakfast and lunch and the weight is melting
off. One word of caution, IF you trying to lose weight. Be careful of the
fruit sugars. That is why I only use ONE piece of fruit. In my opinon,
using the pineapples, the banana, the pear AND the apple is overkill and
frankly more sugar than one needs in one drink.

And I love adding coconut and pineapple in general–a great piña colada
taste. For the coconut, u can use the coconut flakes in the baking isle,
it’s delicious! I prefer to buy whole pineapples and just cut and freeze, I
don’t like the canned. And the cocoa is a good idea as well.

I love all of your vids! You are a great inspiration. I, too, have been
doing JJ’s cleanse and get all my frozen fruit from the dollar tree, so you
should def go there! I think kale is so overrated, not a fan; I prefer
spinach!

Here are the recipes I have been using per JJ. I do deviate from the plan a
bit when I am low and substitute with what I have and I see no difference,
I just always use spinach and the flaxseeds–I also have figured out what I
like so that’s great too! Ilovemymason on Instagram has great smoothie
recipes, check it out!!!!

10 day Green Smoothie Cleanse

Pineapple Spinach

2 handfuls spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 cup frozen peaches
2 bananas
1 packet stevia
2 tablespoons flaxseeds

Apple Berry

1 handful spring mix greens
2 handfuls spinach
2 cups water
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 apple
1 packet stevia
2 tablespoons flaxseeds

I make a smoothie every morning to drink omw to work. I usually use
Spinach, water, frozen strawberries, banana and I pack of sugar free maple
brown sugar oatmeal.

yammy I do these for me and my younger child she is 21Yrs she will not eat
veggies so .we make one with plain yogus and spin,stawberrys,and frozen
pineapple chucks oh so good and ice.God Bless nana91792

I actually just came off of an 18 day juicing cleanse and had AMAZING
results. I now incorporate smoothies throughout the day, oftentimes
replacing a meal or two. One of my favorite smoothies consisted of a
handful of spinach, 2 sprigs of fresh parsley, 1/2 banana, 1 mini cucumber
(or 1/2 of regular size cucumber), 5 pieces of baby carrots, 2 slices of
lemon (rind included), 1T Chia seeds, 1T Flaxseeds, water (or sometimes
Coconut water), 1T raw honey (optional for added sweetness). Sometimes I
add a half cup of whatever berries I had on hand.
